Capra Clothing Co. is an up and coming urban/skate brand out of the Bay Area, CA.
The line was started by Kim Suarez when she came up with the name and logo while sitting in a calculus class at San Diego State.
"I just realized that wasn't what I really wanted to do. I've always been into clothing and designing. I can remember drawing designs on printed out t-shirt templates in middle school. So I finally decided to just go for it. I dropped out of school, moved back to the Bay Area, enrolled in community college to get two degrees in Digital Media and Biology, and started my line."
"I knew nothing of the industry at the time but just dove in. I'm still learning and I spend countless hours researching/designing/running the line everyday, but this is what I really love to do."
"I love designs that pop and draw attention to them. I love complex designs with lots of line-work and bold colors, and overall wearable tees. At the same time, I love just a basic tee with a clear message and simple design. So I tried to bring a little of each to the line and that's exactly what you'll see in the range of designs."
